Tsathoggua

"A few daring mystics have hinted at a pre-Pleistocene origin for the fragmentary Pnakotic Manuscripts, and have suggested that the devotees of TSATHOGGUA were as alien to mankind as Tsathoggua itself."

7th in my Lovecraft series, the Sleeper of N'kai. As if mixing toad and bat features wasn't strange enough I also colored him completely red, in contrast to all the other iterations you'll find online of him, but I think it gives him a nice, sort of hellish touch and surprisingly this guy was one of the few one shots, never had to retouch him again. As he is often described to be of passive nature and mostly asleep, I thought of him growing some kind of roots beneath him and towering, alien-plant like appedages from his back, that could be an iteration of something like worldtree, like it is found in many different cultures. As he only awakens when there's something to devour, I wanted to depict him tasting a dimensional sphere (yeah he's literally eating dimensions).
